Tournament Details and Rules
• Location of the Tournament is:

• Entry Fee is $750.00 payable to Georgian Shores Minor Hockey Association.
• NO admission fee at the door.
• Lunch will be provided for Players and Coaching Staff on Saturday Nov 14th.
• Guaranteed 3 games.
• OMHA Rules and Regulations govern tournament play.
• NO body checking allowed.
• Any player or team official receiving five minute major penalties, fighting or gross misconducts or match penalties will result in automatic suspension from tournament play.
• 1 Point per period will be awarded and 2 points for a win. Tied periods will be ½ point each and tied game 1 point each team.
• If a game is tied after 3 periods in Round Robin play it will remain tied. Points will be awarded accordingly.
• If a game is tied after 3 periods in elimination play the following will decide the winner.
• There will be a 10 minute sudden death overtime 4 on 4
• If it is still tied:
• There will be a 3 player shootout, each player shooting only once.
• If after 3 shooters it is still tied, 1 player for each team continues 1 at a time, sudden death.
• Periods are 10 – 10 – 15 stop time.
• The clock will run straight time in the 3rd period if there is a 5 goal differential. Clock will return to stop time if the score differential is reduced to a 3 goal spread.
• Teams must be ready to play 15 minutes before scheduled game time to go on the ice.
• Approved Roster must be submitted no less than 1 week prior to tournament start date.
• Tournament Convenors decisions are final.
