BVAA Power Skating Programs
Join Coach Karen every Wednesday night to improve your skating skills for your hockey or ringette game!!  Coach Karen has been certified for 25 years in CanPowerskate and is passionate about hockey!!  She has worked with all levels of players from AAA to local league.  Her sessions are circuit and station based with emphasis on movement and technique.  Skaters learn the foundations of skating and edgework while having fun.  It isn’t your typical textbook Powerskating class as Coach Karen incorporates many challenging drills, workouts and circuits.  

Full gear and stick are recommended for our Wednesday night powerskate programs.If you are new to our programs, your skater will be assessed by Coach Karen during the first two weeks and placed in the appropriate class.
