Happy New Year!
Happy New Year to all of Georgian Shores MHA!! As we reflect on the past year, we're proud of the hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship shown by our players, coaches, volunteers, and families. Together we have built a community rooted in passion for the game and commitment to each other's growth. 
Looking ahead, let's continue to support each other, celebrate every success, and keep striving for excellence both on and off the ice. Here's to a fantastic 2025 filled with new opportunities, exciting challenges, and many memorable moments! Wishing our Lightning families a safe, healthy and rewarding 2025! Happy New Year! THE FIRST GOAL IS HAVING FUN. The Timbits Minor Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program that provides opportunities for kids aged four to nine to play house league sports. The philosophy of the program is not based on winning or losing, but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just being a kid. Tim Hortons currently supports more than 300,000 children on teams in hockey, soccer, ringette, lacrosse, softball and baseball leagues in Canada and the United States. Our sponsorship includes jerseys, participation medals and a Timbits player gift for each player.
Apple Harvest Craft Show
The Apple Harvest Craft Show has become one of the largest in southern Ontario, attracting close to 200 artisans and crafters with a long waiting list wanting to participate. Proceeds from the annual Apple Harvest Craft Show are donated to a number of community projects.

Tom recognized the need for healthier choices, his goal has been to provide a variety of convenient, yet healthy, delicious, and unmistakably homemade soups without the added MSG, preservatives and ingredients you can’t pronounce. He takes pride in knowing that you will recognize everything on the ingredient list. His soups are made in a professional kitchen located in Meaford, and packaged on the premises. He makes them all personally, with slowly simmered stock that gives them that extra special flavour without a lot of added sodium. My Daddy’s Soup… we feel good knowing we’re providing you with healthier choices, one yummy spoonful at a time.
