Bantam LL Win against Midland 2 The Georgian Shores Bantam team played host on Saturday January 3rd to the Midland Centennials Team 2 for their fist match of the season. The first period remained scoreless with the Shores Goalie Jack Vickers not seeing too much action on his net. The Bolts managed to keep their lines tight and controlled the play getting a lot of opportunities to score, but the Midland Goalie kept his team in the game. Georgian Shores Bantam LL Wins First Two Games With the 2014/15 hockey season under way, the Bantam team hit the road on October 17 & 18 for their first 2 games of the season. On Friday evening, the boys travelled to Wasaga Beach to play against the Wasaga Stars. The team walked away with a 8-2 win, with everyone on the team getting either a goal or an assist. On Saturday, the team travelled to Penetanguishene to meet up against the Penetang Flames. The boys walked away with another big win of 7-2 even.
