Hello Lightning Families, 

Let the fun begin!! The hockey season is upon us. 

Please ensure that you subscribe to your team(s) calendar, once teams are settled so that you don't miss anything. Until that point, please take a look at the Association Calendar and find your player(s) Division, and follow those times. The Team Finder feature on the website is very helpful, and then choose Team Calendar.

Be sure to check the arena location for each of your ice times. To begin, we are only in Thornbury.

The Quench Buggy is a mobile water station for events designed to meet personal hydration needs. Multiple on-board fountains and spigots provide easy access to clean, cool, fresh potable water in any physical environment; from concerts and civic activities, to relief from natural events in remote locations.
Tim Hortons
THE FIRST GOAL IS HAVING FUN. The Timbits Minor Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program that provides opportunities for kids aged four to nine to play house league sports. The philosophy of the program is not based on winning or losing, but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just being a kid. Tim Hortons currently supports more than 300,000 children on teams in hockey, soccer, ringette, lacrosse, softball and baseball leagues in Canada and the United States. Our sponsorship includes jerseys, participation medals and a Timbits player gift for each player.
